About Us

Center Pilates is led by experienced, highly trained instructors who care deeply about quality of movement, clear cueing, and creating a studio where people feel safe and supported.

We teach with intention, meet clients where they are, and believe Pilates should feel empowering — not confusing or exclusive.

We offer group and private training to strengthen, stabilize and mobilize bodies of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels.

Group Reformer Classes

Our group classes are the heart of the studio — welcoming, focused, and intentionally small so instructors can actually see and support you.

You’ll build strength, mobility, and coordination at a pace that feels sustainable — whether you’re brand new to Pilates or returning with experience.

Classes are supportive, not performative. Challenging, not intimidating.

Private & Duet Training

For clients with specific goals — rehabilitation, athletic performance, or highly individualized programming — we also offer private and duet sessions.

These sessions are coached with a deep understanding of biomechanics, gait, and sport-specific demands, and are ideal for:

  • Athletes

  • Pre- & post-natal clients

  • Injury recovery

  • Anyone wanting more individualized attention

We also offer training by appointment for sports teams, corporate groups, families, special events, and private gatherings.
